Stock/Non Stock Items:
Please note the “In Stock” status for all KoreL products.
If “Yes” this means the item is in stock, Lead time for delivery will be 5-7business days. Unless expedited service is requested at additional shipping cost.
If “No” this means the item is not in stock, Lead time for delivery will range 4-6weeks, with maximum of 6-8weeks for all products with Item code. Items
without Item code are Custom Tiles and may take upto 8weeks.
KoreL Representative will inform customers of specific lead time upon order on the Tile Order Confirmation Form for delivery dates for that specific order.

Sample Orders:
Customer are all encouraged to purchase sample before actual order to verify color, look, texture and shape of the tile before making the selection and actual purchase order. Please note all sample sales including shipping charges are final and is not exchangeable and non-refundable.

Free Phone Design Consultation:
KoreL offers free over the phone design consultation between the hours of 8am to 5pm (PST) M-F. KoreL is committed to assisting customers with their design project and helping and guiding the customer to selecting the best tile for the customer. However, since design and selecting tile is highly subjective and personal preference, the final selection of tile/s including the overall design decision is the responsibility of the individual customer. KoreL will not be held liable or responsible for the tile ordered or the overall design. Customer is expected to keep in mind, any recommendation made by KoreL Design Consultant is only a recommendation and the customer is encouraged to discuss their tile choices or preferred design layout/concept.

KoreL Tile Quotation:
All customers are required to review the final selection of tile before actual order is placed by reviewing and signing the Tile Order Confirmation form and the Terms and Conditions of Sale before actual order transactions can be placed. Upon such signed agreement, the customer is agreeing that all sales are final, and are non-cancelable and cannot be returned for refund or exchange thereafter. Therefore, we strongly encourage customers to order samples and review the Tile
Order Confirmation form thoroughly before each order.

Ordering:
For accuracy of order, orders must be placed in writing by fax, e-mail or through our KoreL Representative over the phone. All customers must sign Tile Order Confirmation Form confirming their purchase and agreement to the terms and conditions of sale. Please make sure any special instructions are clearly stated.

Prices:
Costco Members receive a special discounted price with at least 30% discount from retail price. Prices are quoted on the Tile Order confirmation form for the product price including shipping to one single ship-to address.

Costco Membership Eligibility:
Under this program all Costco members with valid Costco membership are eligible for Costco Member special discounts upto 50% off retail prices including all special offers extended to Costco members under the KoreL-Costco.com program. Costco Executive members are also eligible for receiving 2% back on their total Korel tile purchase at the end of their current membership expiration date.

Shipping & Handling:
All sale are quoted delivered to door. However, please note additional charges may apply for certain shipments with special requirements.

Upon Receipt/Delivery of Product:
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to open, inspect and verify the tiles for their accuracy and condition upon receipt/delivery. Please review all tiles shipped are correct and are not damaged during transit. All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition but if you notice torn or damaged boxes, loose boxes or pallets, please alert and note this on the Delivery Form presented to you by the trucking company driver for signature. For any damages or wrong products, please contact KoreL within 7days at 1888 567 3538 M-F 8am -5pm PST or by e-mail at customersupport@designtilestore.com or fax in writing to +1 562 204 1007. KoreL will not be held responsible for any complains/claims made after 7days of receipt of product.

All Sales are Final:
All Sales are final at KoreL Design Tiles. No Sales can be returned for refund or exchange. Upon signing the Tile Order Confirmation Form agreeing to the tile purchase and Terms and Conditions of Sale, the order cannot be cancelled or altered. Exceptions will be made only when it is proven to be manufacturer’s defect or wrong product was shipped in error. In such circumstances, please contact KoreL immediately upon receipt of the product (within 7days) to request for return authorization and replacement of tiles. KoreL will not be held responsible for returns without proper notification within 7days of receipt of product.

Payments:
All sale and payment will be processed by KoreL Representative on Costco.com. Payment by credit card and debit card is accepted.

Shade, Caliber Variations and Quality of Tiles:
KoreL Design Tiles will maintain consistency within each order but cannot guarantee that shade and caliber will match for orders placed separately. Shade and caliber variations in tiles are typical due to different heating temperature from production to production. Costco members are encouraged to order correct and sufficient qty in their initial order to avoid receiving different shade or caliber tiles, when place at different intervals. Please make sure to inspect all orders before installation and for any discrepancies or quality concerns, please report immediately or within 7days of receipt of order for any concerns prior to installation.

Installation:
Please review the installation instructions and maintenance guidelines before installation. KoreL Design Tiles will not be handling any installation for the tiles. Please review the installation and maintenance guide before installation and we recommend using a professional installer for best results including use of proper adhesive, cutter and installation tools.

Warranties:
There are no warranties expressed or implied for any material, including warranties of merchant ability or fitness for particular purpose. KoreL is not responsible for problems arising from improper installation or use.
