A: Currently, no. Once you have received your samples and selected the tiles you are interested in call 1-888-567-3538 ask to speak with a Design Consultant and they will place your tile order through Costco.com for you.
Q: Where can I see the tile?
A: Our website is user friendly and allows you to purchase sample tiles online. You may order as many as you like and have them delivered right to your door.
Q: Do I have to order samples?
A: Yes.
Q: Why do I have to order samples?
A: Through this program there are no refunds or exchanges and we feel that it is absolutely necessary for you to see a sample of the tile before your purchase is made.
Q: How do I order samples?
A: Click ‘add to cart,’ when you are finished shopping click ‘checkout.’ Preview your order and enter your shipping and billing information.
Q: Does someone come to my house for the free design consultation?
A: No, the design consultation is offered over the phone.
Q: What can I expect during the design consultation?
A: Our Design Consultants and they can assist you with design ideas, color schemes, tile options and availability. Or you may send an email to costcomembers@designtilestore.com and we can help you electronically.

A: Call 1-888-567-3538 and ask to speak with a Design Consultant. They can assist you with pricing.
Q: How much money am I saving buying online through Costco.com?
A: Costco members save 30% off retail prices. Executive members also receive 2% back at the end of the year.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of your order and the distance it is traveling. We will secure the best shipping rate available for you.
Q: How long does until I receive my samples?
A: On average your samples will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
Q: After I place my order, how long does it take for my tiles to be delivered?
A: Your tile order will be processed within 2 business days and on average delivered within 7-10 business days. Custom orders have a longer lead time because the item is not in stock and is being made just for you and your home.
Q: What if some of my tiles are damaged when I receive them?
A: It is very important that you take the time to inspect your tile order as soon as it is delivered. Your tiles left our warehouse in perfect condition so any damage has occurred while en route. Before signing for your tiles inform the driver of the damage. Then call one of our design consultants at 1-888-567-3538 and we will arrange for replacement tiles to be shipped.
Q: What is the cost of installation?
A: You will have to discuss installation price with your contractor or installer.
Q: What about the free in-home installation estimate?
A: This is a new service we are trying. It is currently only available in California.
